Bergitte founded The Nodder Group around a simple standard: important work deserves clear judgement, direct attention and personal responsibility.
Her background across hospitality operations, service environments and frontline work gives her a practical understanding of the gap that can exist between what leadership intends and what people actually experience. She questions accepted explanations, follows inconsistencies and is prepared to say when the evidence points somewhere uncomfortable.
