Enquiries
If you are considering an independent assessment, preparing for an opening, or facing an organisational issue that would benefit from an outside perspective, this is the starting point.
You do not need to have the problem fully defined before getting in touch. Part of the initial conversation is understanding what is happening and whether my involvement is the right fit.
Every enquiry begins with an initial conversation.
We’ll discuss what is happening, what has already been tried, and what you need to understand or decide. From there, I’ll determine whether one of my engagements is appropriate and, if so, recommend the right scope.
There is no obligation to proceed. The purpose of the conversation is to establish whether independent involvement would be useful and what that involvement should look like.
You may be considering an enquiry because:
Something is not adding up, but the cause is unclear.
A recurring issue has resisted previous attempts to fix it.
Leadership needs an independent view before making an important decision.
You are preparing to open, relaunch or reposition an operation.
What is being reported does not match what appears to be happening.
You need someone independent to examine a complex issue without internal attachment to the outcome.
Tell me a little about what is happening.
Complete the form below and I’ll be in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
